No Insurance?

At Carrollton Smiles, our goal is to make dentistry more affordable for everyone! A lack of dental insurance should not prevent you from seeking the care that you need.

Signing up for Carrollton Smiles Advantage Program (CSAP) is very simple!

1. When you are at our practice, mention it to one of our team members and they can help you. Contact us for access to our patient portal and you can fill out our CSAP application form ahead of your visit.
2. After you sign up, your membership is active for 365 consecutive days. Your membership can be renewed after the expiration date.
3. What you get when you are approved for CSAP:
   • CBCT or 3D Imagine.
   • Complete dental exams.
   • 2 sets of cavity detecting x-rays.
   • 2 dental cleanings in absence of gum disease.
   • 15% on deep cleaning plus 2 regular cleanings.

CSAP is designed for people who are self-employed, small business owners, those who do not qualify for employer plans, retirees, and senior citizens without dental insurance.

Please note: The Carrollton Smiles Advantage Program cannot be transferred or canceled.
