At Carrollton Smiles, our goal is to make dentistry affordable for everyone! A lack of dental insurance should not prevent you from seeking the care that you need. That’s why our team provides Comprehensive Dental Care with a “WOW” experience!

Signing up for Carrollton Smiles Advantage Program is very simple and there is no fine print or exclusions!

1. When you are at our practice, mention it to one of our team members and they can help you. Contact us for access to our patient portal and you can fill out our CSAP application form ahead of your visit
2. After you sign up, your membership is active for 365 consecutive days. Your membership can be renewed after the expiration date.

4. Your CSAP includes:
   • 1 airway scan.
   • 2 sets of cavity detecting X-rays.
   • 2 regular oral prophylaxis also known a regular dental cleanings.
   • 15% discount on all the dental procedures during the active period.

If you need a scaling and root planing, also called deep cleaning, you will receive a 15% discount on it. The 2 complimentary dental cleanings will be applied to the 4 month maintenance visits.
